okay, got the flowers and I am a preimum member so how do I give them to the lady at the desk.  It is the same one you go to, too upload pictures?  or do I have it wrong.  went to her and cant find a way to give her the flowers

You need a petnis; you can't fuck NPC's yourself, only with the petnis. Or rather, your petnis fucks the NPC's.
