What is the format of the apartments image?

If they are not restricted to premiums then I suspect that they are individually owned:  my point being that they cannot be used by all Avs on the same account.

I assume that an appartment bought on Tight Lipped will only be available on Tight Lipped.
The less popular sites are not great for meeting new people and the top sites can be hard for you and friends to get onto.

50k will buy a lot of hotel rooms without the restrictions on who can use them or on which site.

Anyone help with info?

Read some more posts:  informed that they are premium only as you would expect.
Was not sure as my non premium AV was knocked back for lack of funds rather than for not being premium.

But I still have 3 questions that those with appartments should be able to answer.
1. Is there a re-sale option?
2. Are they restricted to a named AV or available to anyone on same account?
3. Are they restricted to the site on which they were bought?

I am predicting that the answers will be:
1. No
2. Likely to be restricted.
3. Restricted

I accept that 3 is down to the system but 2 should be possible given the ability to transfer to anyone in the bank.

You can't re-sell the apt. You can buy one with an avatar, then another with other etc. And you can use the apt on all servers without problem.

I did not expect to be able to re-sell but I would be annoyed if nicer 100k appartments came on line and I had to pay full price again.

So each AV under a premium account needs its own appartment: makes it rather expensive.

Being able to use the appartment on all servers solves of one of my objections but if that is possible then it would seem easier to allow AVs on same account to use appartment. Unless you did not want to do that.

Pictures have any other requiments than *.jpg format? I make this pic for friend, but she can't use it. Anybody know why?

Probably need to format the size..............the entire room itself I believe was 720x540.......idk I don't remember, but you download the template like it tells you there to get the measurements of the WHOLE room And if you wanna just cover one little area you gotta kinda guesstimate, otherwise the whole room will be the image and it makes it hard to see everything

i think you have to download the "Apartement bg_template.jpg" 
and fit your image then at the right place in the right size in this image and save this as new jpg  ;-))
then your friend can use  it for new background  ;-))

The good thing is if you don't like your previous apartment design, you can reset

Well since the apartments are too damn expensive, please at least make it easier winning at the cassino

When the casino opened I played a bit.  Found I lost 3 out of 4 times but the 4th kept losses down.  If you started with enough money to keep playing you would hit a bigger win and end in front:  it was a game, I thought,  like the Rodeo to make some money.   Not played for some time but have been told odds have changed.

Indeed the odds have changed!! Now it's so difficut to make up to 2k per day. Once I lost 4k T_T
