4. involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent.
   

Of course it is against Paypal's TOS, however when using Epoch as payment for another adult site, I was able to purchase a membership with Paypal funds just fine. I believe you are using this "Epoch" as a sort of middle-man to purchase your membership.
