Actually there might be another solution which may please some people and also help to bring in more money to further aid development on the game: Patreon.
Patreon can use PayPal and allows adult-themed content. MNF Club could make it a reward for contributing $10+ per month on Patreon that you get given a code for 1 month premium. Furthermore, it would allow people to support the game more if they so desire, through donations.
