I can assure people that we have moderators from varying time zones and who are on at different times. And I'll say this here as well, the jail IS NOT FOR BANNING! Everyone's able to enter it, and the jail function that moderators possess is a 1h time-out/warning. When people are banned, just as the word implies, they aren't able to log onto the game anymore.
