2. It's an apartment, not a house that you own. Also players can quit, or take a hiatus which could lead to permanently unoccupied units.
3. Save up, a lot....  

i had hoped for permanent, but a monthly rental is fine enough. game money is not a problem. thank you for replying. ^^

i heard rumors that u rent the apartments by weekly or monthly for 5 to 8k and it prem only and when will they be added if it anything like the other areas it wont be open for one or 2 months later like they did with the shooting gallary or longer like the casino

i was hoping for it to be early
5k or 8k is no problem at all.
