This little poem, was inspired by and is dedicated to the lovely, Lexi.

FOR THE LOVE OF LEXI

My charred remains,
Eyes blank and dead,
Lie next to yours,
All stained in red.

My gaze now blank,
Whose final view,
Was tinged with love,
For such as you.

Arm outstretched,
In rigour's grip,
Touched your fingers,
Tip to tip.

Restless souls,
Now floating free,
Drift on the breeze,
So peacefully.

Kindred spirits,
In love they dwell,
Are reunited,
Here in Hell.
