Dear Emmie,
why did the "Download" option dissapear?
It works fine by me...

 

I just went on and mnf told me to load a new version; existing version would not work.  I think that desktop and download are the same thing.

Is X-Opera a safe download? I attempted to download it before, but my antivirus said it could be malicious so I didn't bother to download it and there doesn't seem to be an option for desktop version or anything, the entire download button is gone on that link.

Ok. the download button returned!
But what option shall I choose?
Desktop or browser?
What is the advantage, what is the disadvantage??
I need more background.
Where is the differenece with the old "Download"???

I'm afraid I couldn't say which is better. I'd assume that the desktop version is better, but that's based on my very limited knowledge so I wouldn't quote myself on that.

But there are two bugs:
I can´t login in the Forum of the Desktop Version (win10), though it says "You are successfully logged in!"
It also ignores my settings...
(this reply I wrote with my old "Download" Version on my WinXP server...  )

I can´t copy the links in the game, which is usefull, if you get a link from a friendly MnF player.

Please help!

Soooo, in spite of no help (thanks for nothing),
I have solved those problems by myselves...

Install X-opera,
open mnf club  button
choose "browser" version.

Now I can log in into the Forum, and the system saves my settings and my password. 

In game, I can copy and paste with the mouse...

I don't recall there being a wait time, have you checked your spam folder and such? Made sure you used the correct email address? If the answer is yes to both, try emailing our support.
