All I can say is practice and work on it... not only will you earn more money, but it’ll help with manual play for poses... Also makes for a more interesting competition if you were to bet yourself or $1000 on a game...

rodeo is not good for money making ,flying petnis is the best you can get about 4800 per hour

I don't think disbalance between users is a problem at all.
But it's true that, given the amount of money running inside though the (game) streets, there are only a few things to actually do with it.

So what do you guys think is the fastest time-to-cash game? Personally I've been grinding out the flappy bird game because I think it's the quickest.

Hard for me to tell since I become premium as soon as I registered, and has been selling premium codes for in-game money since then.
I think I read somewhere about how the beach glory hole game was the best to farm money, but not really sure if that was up-to-date.

For me, The Beach mini-game is the most easy to earn money (the ratio time/money is the best). But be careful not to catch nerve pain in your arm, because it needs a lot of fast manipulation.

I heard also that the Casino is very good statistically (you have slightly more chances to win than to lose) and that if you invest a lot in it, you finally earn big money. But I've never tried (gambling bores me).

You're better off doing the beach minigame. I don't know how mnf devs dealt with the rodeo bots, but I would rather not risk getting banned from binged playing it.

btw, is there a cap on the flappy petnis game? I can imagine money flowing in as long as you keep the petnis going, but is it worth the trouble after a certain point?

The maximum is $50 per round I think? Once Lara's naked you've gotten the most you're going to get cash-wise.
