I've always wanted to see Shemale characters get added in. It would be a lot of work though for the devs. Even if they took existing poses and modified them to switch out either the male or female with a shemale we would need a lot to make them balanced.
We would need SS poses, Shemale controlled SM and SF poses, Male controlled SM, and Female controlled SF. Then eventually threesomes featuring Shemales.
They could easily just use the same clothes as the Female avatars though. A simple way to tell them about would just to have a gender icon on the players bio.

New Member here, made a forum account just to respond to this , it would make me a permanent member of this community and a paying one. As Shemales are a strong fetish of mine, I honestly and seriously do not pay for any game or MMO without Tranny's / Futas included. I only took interest in 3dxchat, when I found out Tranny's were included , same with Achat. I gladly pay for those games and support Patreon projects that have futas, but have barely played this ame because of its lack of Futanari... Honestly I think this game is amazing, the encounters I've had were really good, and I love the Gloryhole minigame, got addicted to that in general for a while for no reason lol. But I have never stayed due to lack of Futas.
I also think its important because its a strong fetish I believe, even if a controversial one. In games like 3dxChat/Achat/Secondlife etc, I've seen that everyone can have a futa fetish. Males, Females, Straight , Gay, Transexuals, I've seen many different people interested in Futanari or Dickgirls in some way.
Also video hosts and makers of Machinima who advertise games on sites like Pornhub and Naughtymachinima tend to advertise Futanari constantly, and successfully. Almost as a staple for their fame and viewers. So its obviously popular and has worked for others traffic and sales. Might be worth more than many other updates could bring to the community.

Bringing this thread back, was walking around today in game and there are A LOT of people doing their avatars as futas. Obviously this pole clearly indicated a majority of people want this too, any chance this is being implemented in the near future? I know it would take a good bit of mechanics to apply...

Transgender support is a must. Also more support for FF and MM and less MF as they're too content rich compared to the others unless you can edit the MF animations to allow support for FF and MM in some way such as strap on and anal only option.

I'm still wishing this would happen and would get me back in the game. I can't remember the last time I even logged into this game for more than a few minutes. I keep thinking of canceling my premium status to since I hardly ever play.

And who doesn't love a girl with an extra surprise? Many other games addressed that issue. Some (AChat) shows a female as a gender and you create your avi like that and can't change (M, F, S). Others like 3DXChat allows females to magically transform as play either as female or shemale - much like displaying the petnis or not.
This feature however implemented would be such a huge addition to this game and make it much more interesting without alienating it current players or offending those who aren't into it.
