looking for a designer who can make an anime themed or dragon themed apartment, please let me know here if anyone has any referrals or suggestions ^^

What programme did you use and where did you get the artwork?

I use GIMP  (freeware) and sometimes i try to use Krita (freeware too).
I mostly adapt and assembe pictures i searched and found in the internet and set each piece in a separate layer so i always can customize it separately (and i can make each visible or not) . When the picture is composed as i like i finally export it as .jpg or .png ;-))
The DBZ parts of the picture were some wallpapers i found in internet and then adapted them.

TY Willy, know about GIMP but not Krita. So really just find jpeg/png of what you want to add.

For furnitures i usually adapt existing pictures, some things i create wit the possibilities od the programs i use.
