It does seem like alot of work to add individual tattoos.
But just a thought, I wonder if the devs could create 1 nude body tattoo that can be purchased as an outfit.
In other words the nude body tattoo/paint can be worn like an outfit that you can switch into & out of other clothes.
1 design but the ability to change color scheme like other clothes.
But like the clothes you won't be able to see it during sex. an obvious disadvantage

I think that the problem is that people would want different designs and in different places making it more than one update. OK, it is done for hair.

I'd prefer piercings.
