Hey Jason,  
Here's a few tips that i hope will be helpful to you.  If you voted already it won't let you vote again.  
If you haven't voted already, then you should go to the main "Feedback, Miscellaneous & Help" page then click "Mini-Game Ideas I : Final Poll" and the options to vote should be at the top of the page.  If you click "Show Results" then the option to vote will disappear & it will only display the results. 
If that doesn't help you let us know or contact the support team.

I've seen that you are advertising the poll in the game. I'd suggest you to include the link of the thread because i bet that most people won't come to the forum to look for it but many of them would use a link.

I have not voted yet I only just registered
I can bring up the poll and can see the show results and vote options and can view results but when I click on vote it says

The specified poll option is invalid or does not exist.

Never seen that. Having voted, my vote button now says, “*you voted for this item” with another * next to my choice.
Site seems to accept that you have not voted.

Hey Jason, I'm not IT, but can you send us a screenshot of what the top of the 1st page of this thread looks like for you? also send use a screenshot of your error message.

Cath has just posted 2 polls and I get same message when trying to vote,

The specified poll option is invalid or does not exist.

Some still seem able to vote though
