As everybody said, it's not just one factor.
But I have to recommend just 4 rounds, cause it's still most exp for time.
So for me the way how I got around 400 exp was:
Me 3lvl not Premium with girl 4lvl premium.
I choosed both of pose I got, she choosed 2 Premium pose.
Talking through the rounds together, without stoping ride. (but dont spam, it would decrease the amount of exp you get)
Also do as much manually control as possible. (but stil not to much)
And that was how I got many times so much exp.
