Way i see it its roleplay based in chat therefroe all people meet on some place and start using world chat to do it, so we need to arrange place and time. Also id highly recoment some private / privateish places such as cave, rodeo bar upper room or some floor in hotel to avoid bothering and being bothered by most of non-aligned folks.
