changing email/password

Last time I changed my password for my account I had emailed support and they got back within a few hours to a day I don't exactly recall, Idk if you can change your email though, but password I did once so I'm sure that works

I have more than one non-premium account. If I made one premium, which could have six AVs, could I bring in those other AVs rather than creating new AVs? I could then keep names, progress and clothes. I know that I can't do it but could the site make this possible?
